FIN-320 Appraisal for ICBC Transfer Tax

Vehicle Sales Tax Overpayment

Deficiency List

ICBC uses the Canadian Black Book in calculating the PST to be paid when transferring ownership of a vehicle.

If the vehicle has deficiencies the true value may be less.

To avoid overpaying tax, ICBC requires you submit a FIN-320 form indicating the current value.

PR Historics can also assist you with tax refunds if applicable.
The province allows 30 days from the date of a transfer to apply  with a FIN-320 form, for a refund of a PST overpayment.

To establish if you qualify for a tax saving, just fill in our form below and we will get right back to you.
